Rachael Doubledee is Senior Manager, Communities Research at JUST Capital. She is responsible for communities research; examining how corporations create value in the communities they impact both directly and indirectly. Prior to joining JUST Capital, Rachael worked at the Institute for Research on Youth Thriving and Evaluation where she developed research around capacity building and thriving in community programs with national reach in the United States and Scotland. In this capacity, she was also a contract consultant for Non-Profit programs in developing evidence-based products for gender equity and inclusion initiatives.
Rachael received her PhD in Human Development and Family Science from Montclair State University. She has presented research at evaluation and research conferences and collaborated on publications in academic journals including Applied Developmental Science, Journal of Adolescent Research, Research in Human Development, and Children and Youth Services Review.
