Kate Seltzer is the People & Culture associate at JUST Capital. Kate is responsible for creating engaging opportunities to boost connection across our remote-hybrid culture, researching and developing metrics for engagement surveys and related work, maintaining internal communication, assisting Human Resources tasks like onboarding, and supporting the Operations team with ad hoc needs.
Prior to joining JUST Capital, Kate served with Americorps for two years in Massachusetts and Maine while pursuing a BA in Clinical Psychology at Northeastern University.
