As Director of Project Management, Alex is responsible for managing JUST’s cross-functional/team processes, overseeing the pipeline of work deliverables, and working with other teams on goal alignment and prioritization. He works closely across teams to build new work processes to increase organizational efficiency and alignment.
After graduating from the University of Connecticut, Alex started his career in the compliance & due diligence industry, doing work related to legal, regulatory, environmental, and social responsibility risks. After completing his MBA at the Chicago Booth School of Business, he joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a management consultant, serving most recently as Project Leader. In his last three years at BCG, some highlights of Alex’s work include strategic reviews, major transformation projects, and the development of governance and operational processes. He joined JUST to pursue his long-standing interest in supporting businesses in improving the lives of all their stakeholders.
