Erica Kruszel

Director, Board & Advisor Engagement

Erica Kruszel is the Director of Board & Advisor engagement at JUST Capital. She is responsible for being the frontline liaison to JUST Capital’s board of directors and advisor networks, ensuring they are being engaged, supported, leveraged and communicated with effectively in support of JUST’s mission.


Prior to joining JUST Capital, Erica designed, developed, and led partnerships across key focus areas of the Clinton Global Initiative’s Inclusive Economic Recovery work –  empowering people and families, creating healthy organizations, developing regional economic ecosystems, and identifying successful programs with the potential to scale. Previously, Erica was Program Manager for the Office of Nonprofit Engagement at the JPMorgan Foundation, where she worked closely with the firm’s line of business contacts, nonprofit partners, and community stakeholders to successfully execute engagement activities.


Erica has a bachelor’s degree in international business and business law from Drexel University in Philadelphia and a master’s in international development and environmental studies from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Erica currently resides in New York City.

As a proud daughter of two Argentinian immigrants who came to the United States seeking economic opportunities, Erica is passionate about exploring how people work, live, face challenges, and solutions to support communities achieve economic success and prosperity.
