Kailyn is the Executive Assistant at Just Capital. She is responsible for supporting the CEO and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the organization.
Previous to Just Capital, Kailyn was Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Eight Sleep, as well as Executive Assistant at Her First $100K. Her career in executive support spans nearly a decade, beginning as an assistant to the Recruitment Coordinator at Ball State University’s Department of Theatre and Dance. Since then, she has built a career as a strategic operations partner to founders and C-suite leaders at the helm of mission-driven, high-growth startups, driving operational excellence across fast-moving organizations.
Kailyn received her BFA in Musical Theatre from Ball State. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, she’s now based in New York City.
