Mike leads development efforts to grow and steward the organization’s foundation and corporate funder relationships, translating Just Capital’s research and impact into compelling narratives that drive long-term philanthropic investment. He began his career in the United States House of Representatives, where he supported legislative and constituent engagement efforts, building an early foundation in policy, communications, and stakeholder management.

Mike later transitioned into major gifts fundraising, managing relationships with high-net-worth donors and institutional partners at organizations including NPR, NYU Law, and Cornell Tech, where he developed and executed fundraising strategies and partnered cross-functionally to support capital initiatives. He earned his MBA from The Wharton School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
