Shashank is Senior Director of ESG Metrics and Analytics at JUST Capital. He is responsible for the strategy of the rankings model, including methodology updates and data partnerships.
Prior to JUST Capital, Shashank led research and data at Givewith where he managed ESG data integration, scoring methodology, and research on the business ROI of corporate social impact. In his prior role at Mission Measurement, Shashank advised some of the world’s leading companies on corporate responsibility performance and strategy. Additionally, Shashank has experience in technical product management, survey research techniques, and equity research.
Shashank received his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Linguistics, summa cum laude, from Northwestern University. Shashank’s research has been published in Forbes, the Stanford Social Innovation Review, and the Journal for Sustainable Finance & Banking.
