Dominique is the Senior Manager of Foundations and Engagement at JUST Capital. She is responsible for leading foundation relationship building and maintenance, public policy engagement, and some nonprofit and civil society outreach. Prior to joining JUST Capital, Dominique fostered collaborative relationships with nonprofits and foundations in her capacity as a program officer at the Peery Foundation, where she managed a regional and global grant portfolio and helped advocate for grantee-centric philanthropy (in other words, practices that address the power imbalance of typical funding relationships). Before that Dominique was a philanthropy consultant with Arabella Advisors, providing research, evaluation, event planning, facilitation, strategy, and grant-making services to institutional and corporate foundations.
Dominique received her bachelor’s degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
