Aleksandra is a Senior Manager, Research at JUST Capital. She is responsible for supporting the research team with data collection and analysis focusing on workers and wages issues. Previous to JUST Capital, Aleksandra was a Research Assistant at the Political Science department of Hofstra University, which motivated her consequent individual research project on minority inclusion policy in Bulgaria. Aleksandra’s professional experience includes interning with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Mission to the United Nations.
Aleksandra received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double-major in Political Science and Global Studies with high honors, and minors in Economics, International Affairs, European Studies, and Geography from Hofstra University. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics. As a member of Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society, she is the recipient of several prestigious research grants and is proficient in five languages.
