Jordyn Avila is the Senior Manager of Programs and Engagement at JUST Capital. In her role, she serves as the frontline liaison to JUST Capital’s Paid Leave cohort and supports the broader Corporate Action team to deepen the level of engagement, involvement and support of business leaders engaged in the organization’s programmatic work. Prior to joining JUST Capital, Jordyn held roles at various impact-focused organizations that ranged from partnerships and events to fundraising and marketing.
Jordyn received her B.S. at the University of Southern California in Policy, City Planning, and Development. She is currently based in Denver, Colorado and is passionate about making an impact at both the local and national levels.
