Mona Patni is Senior Director of Quantitative Research & Analytics at JUST Capital. She is responsible for leading research and analysis of the drivers of performance for just companies and increasing JUST Capital’s visibility. Her work helps position the firm as a thought leader in the ESG investing space. She fosters collaborations with external partners and presents JUST’s data, products, and research in conferences and professional gatherings.
Prior to JUST Capital, Mona was an experienced Portfolio Manager at Mackay Shields with 15+ years of experience generating alpha for clients, with hands-on experience managing both long-only and long-short portfolios using multi-factor models. Her portfolio management experience was recognized by Lipper, when she and her team were awarded the 2015 and 2016 Lipper US Alternative Active Extension Fund Award.
Mona has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Mumbai, and a MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
