Molly Stutzman is the Senior Manager, Data Operations and Analytics. She is responsible for data acquisition, strategy, partnerships and quality assurance. During her time at JUST Capital, she has conducted analysis and published insights on human capital and governance issues.
Previous to working for JUST Capital, Molly worked as a case manager and a financial literacy resource specialist, supporting young adults aging out of foster care develop employment and education skills. Molly also completed a year of service for Americorps as a Young Adult Services Volunteer Coordinator. Molly received her Bachelors of Arts in International Political Economy with a minor in Gender Studies from the University of Puget Sound. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration at NYU Stern.
