Molly Stutzman is the Senior Manager, Data Operations and Analytics. She is responsible for data acquisition, strategy, partnerships and quality assurance. During her time at JUST Capital, she has published insights on human capital disclosure, governance, and board diversity trends.
Prior to working for JUST Capital, Molly worked as an Independent Living Program case manager and a financial literacy resource specialist, helping young adults aging out of foster care access employment, housing and education support. Molly also completed a year of service for Americorps as a YMCA Young Adult Services Volunteer Coordinator. Molly received her Bachelors of Arts in International Political Economy with a minor in Gender Studies from the University of Puget Sound. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration at NYU Stern with a specialization in Sustainability.
