Kelley Frances Fenelon

Director of Workforce Initiatives, Corporate Impact

Kelley-Frances Fenelon is the Director of Programs and Engagement at JUST Capital. She is responsible for project managing the Worker Financial Wellness Initiative as well as programming and corporate engagement efforts that prioritize workers’ financial security and a movement for JUST jobs. Prior to joining JUST Capital, Kelley-Frances created and led programming on moral professional leadership and business-based social impact and focused her PhD studies and ongoing dissertation research on the ESG and LGBTQ+ workplace equality movements.

After completing her A.B. at Princeton University, Kelley-Frances earned an M.T.S. and M.S. from Vanderbilt University and is a PhD Candidate in the school’s Community Research and Action program. She is based in Nashville, Tennessee, where she has worked extensively with her local YMCA and United Methodist church.
